We employed XPS Solutions to look at our back-up system, which we were quickly outgrowing. We were visited by two team members wo proceeded to install an agreed piece of software. They then gave us full training on how to use the software to its full potential. The program itself if very good value for money and is the perfect solution for us.
However, it was the customer service that really impressed us. Whist XPS were at our office they looked at all other aspects of our hardware and software needs. We were made aware of issues we were not even aware of; and now have extra pieces of upgraded hardware and software, which has undoubtedly saved us hassle, time and money in the long term.
